My background in construction and entrepreneurship shaped the way I approach real estate development today. I am particularly drawn to properties and sites where there is an opportunity to create something better — whether through new development, transformation or repositioning.
I like to stay close to both the commercial and practical side of a project: assessing opportunities, working with architects and specialists, managing budgets and contractors, making technical decisions and guiding a development through to completion.
DZEGIC was built around that approach: combining an entrepreneurial view of real estate with hands-on understanding of how projects are actually realised.
